The Deadgood boys are back.

Design Event 07: Launch Deadgood

Launch is an alternative exhibition of contemporary design held annually in the North East of England.

Now in its third year, Launch returns to the decommissioned fire station in the heart of Newcastle city centre. Launch is Founded by Dan Ziglam & Elliot Brook of furniture design company Deadgood who also manage the design, Curation and production of this annual event.

Over the past two years it has positioned itself as one of the regions leading three dimensional design showcases, exhibiting, commissioning, and promoting the latest products from over 30 emerging designers and creative businesses.

Expect to see the latest offerings from a selection of the regions leading designers including new product launches from Deadgood, a recycling design factory from Cohda and a commission between Formica and Northumbria graduate Dan Battaglia.

NOTE: Launch is part of this year's Design Event, the North East's annual design festival taking place from 11-28 October 2007. Now in its third year Design Event 07 includes exhibitions covering graphics, fashion, furniture, film and product design at a host of venues across the region.

Design Event 07 is part of the Dott 07 (Designs of the time 2007) yearlong programme of community projects, events and exhibitions.
