RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a format for delivering regularly changing web content.

Why Use RSS?

Evoke offers our content as an RSS feed to enable our users to quickly browse and access updated information. Readers do not have to visit this site in order to retrieve news and events, saving time.

Feed reader or news aggregator software allow you to access RSS feeds from various sites and display them for you to read and use. Various RSS readers are available via your web browser or as standalone software ion your desktop.

Many modern browsers now have RSS readers built in. You can check by viewing the right side of your browser address bar. If there is a little RSS icon there, that indicates the prescence of an RSS feed. Simply clicking this link will subscrible to the feed. You can also bookmark a feed, by clicking on the XML button above.

Also, if you use google's new iGoogle homepage, you can embed RSS feeds into the page.

RSS and Evoke

There are a number of ways to access RSS from the Evoke website. Firstly, you could click the link or xml button below.

You could also use the autodiscovery link, this usually appears in your browser address bar (the place where the url appears, like http://evokeshop.com).

Each browsers icon is a little different and placement is a little different. Below is a list of common browsers and an screenshot of their RSS icon.

Clicking one of these icons allows you to bookmark the feed. How this is displayed depends on each individual browser.

Finally, evoke has it's own icons. You can always access the RSS from the icon in the top left of the site, which looks like this - Evoke RSS icon
